Well today is a glorious summers day, its boiling hot already despite the early hour, and the combination of the sunshine and some seriously skanking dnb beats is one that cannot be beaten on a day like today! So less words, and more beats is the rule for today in the hope you feel as uplifted as I do!!
First up, the Subtitles podcast has some gorgeous vocals, fantastic rolling beats, and a seriously dirty undertone. Click here for podcast 1, 2 and 3, and click here for podcast 4. For those of you sat at your desk all day, I found an amazing website for streaming loads of different types of music. There are loads of genres, each with their own channel, and all frequently have new releases added to the playlist! (So new that I can't find a lot of them anywhere else on the net yet!) In addition to this, they also play loads of classics. Click here for the main homepage, and from there you can browse to any genre you prefer, including dnb (obviously), hard dance, trance, vocal trance, classic trance, various types of house, techno and many more!
Next up, a name that has been getting bigger recently is SBTRKT - click here to stream his album, which is absolutely awesome. Some really beautiful tracks on there!

This is Relapse by Lung, who has made some stunning tracks recently. This was on the New Blood 11 album from Med School Music, and each time I listen to it, it blows me away. This is immense!
I'm sure I've included this track before, but I love it so much I had to share it again - this is Break and Die with Slow Down.
This is a track called Modest Burka, by Fourward - who has also been doing some good stuff recently. This is a bit darker, but is just fantastic. Love it! This has been on repeat for a while.
This is a track by Blokhe4d, and was on the Hospitality Drum and Bass 2011 album - this is called The Way Life Used to be, and it's a great summer track.
The last track of the day is from Total Science and SPY - this is Legion. SPY is absolutely rocking it at the moment, and this track from last year is immense! A great one to finish off on!
