Keep it Tidy!

Well, the sun is shining, my stuff is all packed and ready to go, and we're about an hour away from setting off to the first big music event I'll be attending this year - the Tidy Weekender Reunion!

Years ago, when I first started listening to a lot of dance music, I used to love the Tidy Weekender events but this will be my first one since the end of 2003 and I have to say that I am very excited for it! The weather seems to be behaving, everyone is really giddy and there will be some musical treats in store over the weekend! Keep watching for a review of the weekend, but here are some tasty treats to get you in the mood!

This first track is the Tidy Weekender Anthem - this is by a talented fellow from Cumbria, and it's called Body Rock. I'm sure this will be played loads over the course of the weekend, and I'm looking forward to hearing it played on a massive sound system! This is available to buy now on Tidy Records.

The next track is by a good friend of mine, Jon BW - he is playing the opening set for the weekend, and I am very excited about hearing what musical delights he has in store for us!!

To finish off with, I'm going to give you a couple of classic tunes from 'back in the day' - the only thing left to be said is Keep it Tidy, and I'll see you in Wales!! :)

This is a track by one of the leading lights in hard house at the end of the last millennium, may he rest in peace! What a legend, this is probably the most well known of his tracks, however they are all incredible and he was such a great DJ.

This next track is also by the great man himself, and totally sums up my feelings for the weekend ahead - ARE YOU ALL READY?!?!
